The proposed Permits Act will not solve the economic crisis in Puerto Rico, nor is focused on helping small and medium business …

WHY?

• it creates a new government bureaucracy,
• it hinders public participation,
• it avoids the challenge of those permits approved under error,
• it incents corruption in the granting of permits and
• it threatens the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources, archaeological sites, health and public welfare and the economy itself.

Communicate with the legislators … Ask them to stop the approval of the Permits act proposal and submit a new project for the future.
